BIBLICAL SOUND COUNSELING

Over 80  percent of people in the United Sates have a belief in God. The vast majority of these, 70 percent according to a  Pew Research Center Poll conducted in  2014, are  Christians. Other polls have found that the vast majority of individuals who report religious affiliation believe that their beliefs should be integrated into their counseling and even more believe that their beliefs be respected in the counseling environment. 

With this in mind we believe, here at Genesis Counseling and Life Coaching of Goldsboro, that counseling services need to be available which are consistent with and do not conflict with the spiritual beliefs of Christians and that will compliment these beliefs. These counseling services will both help an individual resolve issues and will move them forward in their relationship with God. It is with this in mind that we provide mental health service that are consistent with and/or supported by Scripture. Counselors at Genesis Counseling and Life Coaching  believe that they serve as a conduit for God to work through them in helping others resolve life issues and grow closer to God.
